So, I’ve recently gotten interested in the Kindle. And, I know many of you are probably going, “Why are you suddenly going all technical? Are you going to the “dark side” now?” Well, don’t worry, I’m not going to the “dark side” and going out and buying an iPad! (ha ha)”. But, I don’t know. Like I said on my Facebook Profile comment, just thinking ahead. I’m 47 now, just seems like number one, books are cheaper through Kindle and, the compactness of the Kindle is what I’m really lookin’ at. And just, just the ability to read comfortably. Not that I’ve been uncomfortable reading but, a lot of books I’ve been reading lately have been big books, um, the Harry Potter books were kinda large, or, they got kinda larger, and, , and I’ve looked at the iPad. I’ve considered it, but, this morning I was thinking about the iPad and I was thinking, “Man, that thing is just heavy! , they’ve even got, you know, things that you can stand that thing up on and … It’s funny. I’ve got a friend of mine at work that’s got an iPad and I’ve never seen him hold it as he’s reading! He always has it flat on his desk, looking down on it, reading.
