When I got home from work Monday, I was hungry and, like for breakfast and lunch, curious as to what tasteful experience I would have with the small Ginger Chicken Delight. As I glance through the clear cover, I immediately thought that the two pieces of chicken were small potatoes and I got excited (I don’t often eat potatoes)! Then, after cracking the lid and heating for the recommended 1:30-2:00 minutes on Microwave High, I removed the lid and discovered that it was two pieces of chicken breast surrounded by green beans, broccoli, onion, and setting on a mixture of chicken broth, ginger root, roasted garlic and macadamia nut oil! And the taste? SCRUMPTIOUS!
It was then that I decided that I would have to make My Fit Foods a weekly source of my consumption of good food. Where else can I get not only quality but good portions and THAT of organic, no preservative whole foods?
