I enjoy eating fish at least once a week and have made it a part of my eating program for many years now. And tonight, after a long day at work, along with preparing for undergoing surgery next week, I just didn’t have the strength to make an attempt to cook tonight. So, where could I go out to eat and feel good afterwards? I recalled how, after eating my meals from My Fit Foods, that I didn’t feel stuffed or somewhat bloated like I usually do after eating fast food. I wanted to repeat that same good feeling but didn’t want to have to bring it home and cook it! Then I remembered: My Fit Foods have tables, chairs, microwaves and disposable eating utensils so that their food can be cooked and enjoyed there!
In convenient fifteen minutes, I was choosing my first fish meal: a medium-sized Roasted Vegetable Dinner with Tilapia! After a quick microwaving heat, I soon found myself enjoying two fillets of tilapia on a bed of six kinds of roasted vegetables (red onion, cucumber, carrots, okay, I cannot remember the others!) and seasoned with cayenne pepper (which is good for ya!). While I am usually sensitive to spiciness, this particular meal was tolerable even for me! Afterwards, I drank some unsweetened tea to wash it down.
